These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, software, and related offerings provided by Launch Locals AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Launch Locals AI provides operational support services, including but not limited to:

Dedicated Follow-Up Specialists

CRM access and configuration

Phone and SMS communication systems

Appointment setting and follow-up services

Services are provided as support and operational assistance only. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, job closures, or business outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using this site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Free Trial

Launch Locals AI may offer a 7-day onboarding trial for certain services.

During the trial, service and CRM subscription fees are waived

A2P 10DLC carrier registration fees are billed immediately and are non-refundable

Unless canceled before the trial ends, paid service begins automatically

Trial availability is limited to one per business.

4. Fees & Billing

Fees may include:

One-time setup fees

Monthly service fees

CRM subscription fees

Phone and SMS carrier usage fees

Carrier-mandated compliance fees (including A2P 10DLC)

Clients authorize Launch Locals AI and its payment processors to charge the payment method on file for applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business and contact information

Ensure all leads have opted in or have an existing business relationship

Comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA and messaging regulations

Refrain from requesting cold calling or cold texting services

Clients are solely responsible for the content, legality, and compliance of their communications.

6. CRM, Phone & Messaging Systems

CRM access is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and remains the property of Launch Locals AI.

Clients are responsible for:

Maintaining valid payment information

Paying all phone and SMS usage fees billed by carriers

Completing A2P 10DLC registration under their own business entity

Launch Locals AI is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery failures, or compliance rejections.

7. No Guarantees

Launch Locals AI does not guarantee:

Increased revenue or profits

Lead quality or conversion rates

Appointment attendance or sales results

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated.

Either party may cancel services with written notice in accordance with the service agreement. Upon termination:

Service access will be discontinued

CRM access will be revoked

Phone numbers may be reclaimed by the Company

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on this website are owned by Launch Locals AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any materials without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

We agree to keep client data confidential and use it solely for service delivery. Clients agree not to solicit or hire our staff or contractors during the service term and for 12 months thereafter.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Locals AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the most recent 30-day billing period.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Launch Locals AI from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your use of the services

Violation of laws or regulations

Improper use of phone or messaging systems

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
